Meet the Staff

There are many folks here at International CyberTrans who contribute to our success.   Everyone here has experience in the credit card industry, with most of us having racked up 15 to 25 years .  Our experience is a value to us and to you.   Here’s a few key people you may deal with from time to time.  Some of you may already have had the pleasure!

Veronica Woods – Director, Client Relations

Veronica has more than 20 years experience in the payments processing industry, with 11 years here at ICT.  She’s worked in sales and marketing, and for ICT she leads our Client Relations group.  She is very passionate about her job and her customer service skills are without equal.
In her own words, “At the core, I believe in offering quality customer service with integrity and honesty.  That’s the starting point I think every business should use.  Without your customers, you’re not in business!  I love our customers and I want to make sure they know it.  Whether they have statement questions, pricing questions, service issues, whatever it may be, I want them to feel they are talking with, not only a seasoned professional, but also like a friend who’s just there to help.”

Kerry Johnson – Director, Technical Services

My job is to make sure all of our customers are able to accept and process their transactions seamlessly so they can focus on other aspects of their business.  The best part of working with ICT is that we speak to our customers directly and make sure their satisfaction is our number one priority.

James Pearce – Risk Manager

James, or as we call him ‘JP’, has over 20 years in the credit card industry including 7 here at ICT. He manages all things Risk which includes watching out for our merchants so that they do not become victims of fraud or some  scam. He is linked into various networks within the credit card community so he stays on top of all the scam and fraud trends going around so he can better protect you, our customers.

In his own words, “My favorite adage is ‘ff it sounds too good to be true it probably is’, as most of the scams I have seen were definitely too good to be true.  Fortunately, I, along with the help of our customers, have been able to stop fraud before any loss is incurred.  When I speak with some merchants they immediately think they have done something wrong.  But really, I’m trying to prevent something wrong happening to them.  Our customers are not going to lose any money due to fraud or scams.  Not on my watch!”
